First day of November, and only 11-more days until the premier UK cycle coaching event of the year kicks off at the Ramada Hotel in Coventry!
Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances Mick Ives is no longer able to attend as a speaker, so we are delighted to announce that Dr. Gordon Wright has agreed to deliver a session examining the inter-rider variability in response to high-intensity interval training for endurance riders, with specific insights for training more mature athletes. Gordon has coached many riders over more than 40-years, including National, Olympic and World Champions. We look forward to welcoming Gordon for what promises to some thought provoking insights into HIIT at this year’s Pedal Power!
The updated and finalised programme will be available online by the end of the week, however the overall programme will still follow the timings advertised in the latest edition of the Journal of Cycle Coaching. We look forward to welcoming those of you who are registered at the Ramada in less than two weeks time . For those who are not but still wish to attend, registration remains open, and tickets may still be obtained at
