Karen Voight is a highly successful American fitness guru. I found this video extremely aesthetically pleasing, with a well-designed and colour-coordinated set and pleasant background music. Karen performs her Yogasculpt routine with grace and smoothness.

The routine is definitely not for beginners, but would certainly be suitable for trained gymnasts, yoga teachers, and others. The video does illustrate what movements can be made with a well-toned and supple body. Excellent viewing.
