Look out for this one - the free lunch it may not be, strictly speaking, but as
near as you can get, and worth poking around one of those bargain bookshops
for. I bought mine in Brighton.
Absolutely everything you're ever likely to
need on the subject, with special references for sports, each flagged with a
little cyclist. Lavishly illustrated in full colour on nearly every page, it's
a superb reference book, with excellent glossaries and index, and Eric Heiden
on the cover, on an 80s low-pro with Campag Record gear.
And practically free.
